Delivering yoga, mindfulness, and social-emotional learning (SEL) to young individuals and those with intellectual disabilities.
Innerblooms mission:
As someone who has worked in both sectors since leaving high school, Daniella has a deep understanding of the unique needs of each individual.
Recognising limited opportunities for yoga and mindfulness in the disability community, as well as for children, daniella hopes to bridge this gap. Innerbloom envisions a future where everyone is able to nourish their minds and bodies through yoga and at home, using the tools that they have learned with us, ensuring that all individuals have the opportunity to grow, bloom and shine.
Kids 2-12:
Youthful Playfulness
Yoga, mindfulness, and yoga therapy provide a space for kids aged 2-12 to explore and connect with their bodies through playful and creative movement. They learn valuable skills such as emotional regulation and self-acceptance.
Teens 12-18:
Growing Independence
Yoga, mindfulness, and yoga therapy help teens aged 12-18 foster self-awareness and self-reliance. They learn to cope with stress and anxiety through mindful practices and build inner discipline and resilience.
Disability:
Empowering Inclusion
Yoga, mindfulness, and yoga therapy offer opportunities for all ages to participate in an inclusive and disability-accessible environment. Through multi-sensory approaches, they gain emotional regulation, body awareness, and social connection.
What people get from the program:
Develop emotional regulation skills to better manage your thoughts and feelings.

The Founder
Meet the Heart Behind The Innerbloom Project
Hello, I’m Dani, the founder of The Innerbloom Project. Here’s a glimpse into the story that led me to where I am today.
I’ve witnessed the transformative power of yoga and mindfulness in people’s lives, offering them the gift of presence, stillness, and the ability to connect with their bodies. I’ve taught yoga in various settings, including childcare centres, workshops, for organizations, one-on-one, and in day programs.
